A Patient-Centric Approach to Complex Pain
At our practice, medical care is guided by individual clinical presentation rather than standardized protocols. Dr. Posani brings extensive training in both surgery and internal medicine to evaluate and manage persistent pain conditions.
In a conventional medical setting, treatment pathways are often rigidly protocol-driven, and appointments are brief. We have structured our practice differently: prioritizing thorough clinical evaluation, individualized care plans, and clear patient education so individuals understand their diagnosis and treatment process.
Meet Posani Pardha Saradhi Rao, MD (USA), MS (Surg)

Clinical Background & Experience
Dr. Posani brings a diverse and rigorous background across surgical and medical disciplines:
Surgical Training
Holds an MS in General Surgery and DNB certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with advanced international fellowship training in microsurgery.
Internal Medicine
Completed an Internal Medicine residency in the United States and is an American Board-Certified physician, providing a comprehensive understanding of systemic health, metabolic factors, and whole-body physiology.
The Shift to Patient-Centric Care
Despite extensive experience in conventional surgery and internal medicine, Dr. Posani recognized that many patients with chronic musculoskeletal and nerve-related pain find limited relief through standard imaging, medication, or rigid clinical protocols.
Opting away from protocol-centric practices, Dr. Posani transitioned toward a patient-centric, non-invasive model. By integrating deep anatomical knowledge from his surgical background with targeted needling techniques, the practice focuses on addressing the functional root causes of pain rather than merely masking symptoms with long-term medication.
